Meet Bright Spaces
Our Story
The idea of Bright Spaces was born in April 2019, when our team won the first Real Estate Hackathon in Romania organised by Proptech Romania.
Three months later, we were voted No. 1 at the Proptech Demo Day by various investors from all over Romania.
We exited our previous businesses to fully focus on building the best interactive showcasing tool for office spaces.
Our platform helps landlords digitise building data and visualise spaces in 3D, making it easier to showcase and lease offices off-plan.

We won Proptech of the Year at SEE Property Forum (Bucharest) and Proptech of the Year at CEE Property Forum (Vienna).
We won Start-up of the Year at Gala ANIS. We hired our first UK colleague. We raised another round of EUR 2 mil.
2023
2022
We won the Wild Card Category at PropTech Championship and the Innovation in Real Estate Award at the Real Estate Magazine Gala. We participated in the EBRD Start Venture program and Singapore’s Hyper Accelerator. We opened our subsidiary in London.
We secured our next round, of EUR 1.5 mil backed by Axeleo Capital (Lead Investor), Pi Labs, Sparking Capital, Growceanu and strategic real estate and tech angels.

We participated in the Pi Labs accelerator. Bright Spaces was one of the 5 companies selected out of over 600 entries from all over Europe.
We raised our first investment of EUR 185.000 from Sparking Capital (Lead Investor), Growceanu and Ilinca Paun, angel investor.
2019
The Timeline
We graduated from Endeavor Scale Up Program and we won Local Software Product of the Year at Gala ANIS.
